BEEF MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 cloves crushed garlic

Mix and cover meat for 24 hours. Julie says that this marinade is very good with wild game. It can be used over - refrigerate until needed.
