JOAN'S MARINADE FOR BEEF 
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Adjust to personal taste. Let meat marinate overnight for best flavor. Turn occasionally to season both sides. Baste with marinade for outdoor cooking, or use as "au jus" if cooking inside; London Broil is great.
