1 med. can papaya juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Chinese saute sauce or
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce &
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix and add meat. Marinade 8 or more hours. Optional 1 tablespoons meat tenderizer for each pound of meat. Excellent for steaks to grill or broil. Also bite-size is great deep fried.
