COUNTRY RIBS 
3 lbs. country spare ribs
1/4 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Dice onions and celery. Brown all ribs. Combine all ingredients. Cook slowly, low heat, for 4-6 hours in a covered pot.
