CAROL'S BARBECUED COUNTRY RIBS 
4 lbs. country ribs
2 med. onions (sliced thinly)

BASIC BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 c. water
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash salt

Trim all fat from ribs. Put in 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with onions and barbecue sauce. Bake covered 3 hours at 300 degrees. The last half hour take foil off. Serve with rice.
