BARBECUED COUNTRY RIBS 
4-6 country ribs
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. water

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
3-4 dashed Tabasco sauce

Place ribs in baking pan. Pour lemon juice and 1/3 cup water on ribs. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes of browning, reduce heat to 350 degrees. Drain. Combine sauce and pour over all ribs and continue roasting for 1 - 1 1/2 hours longer. Do not cover; baste and turn ribs occasionally. If using more than 6 ribs, double the sauce.
