HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey (cut up)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (sliced)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onions
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos (chopped)
1 can Chinese noodles
crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except potato chips. Place in casserole and top with potato chips. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 6 to 8 people.
