CREAM CHEESE BROWNIE PIE 
1 pie crust
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, divided
1 15 oz. Pillsbury Thick 'n Fudgy Hot Fudge Swirl Deluxe Brownie Mix
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. water, divided use
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and 1 of the eggs. Beat until smooth and set aside.

Reserve hot fudge packet from brownie mix topping. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, 1 Tbsp. water, and the remaining 2 eggs. Beat 50 strokes with spoon.

Spread 1/2 cup of the brownie mixture in bottom of crust-lined pan. Spoon and carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer. Top with remaining brownie mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is puffed and crust is golden brown. Pie may have cracks on surface.

Microwave reserved fudge topping in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds on high. Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp. water. Drizzle over top of pie. Cool 3 hours or until completely cooled. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 8 servings. Each serving contains 600 calories and 36 grams of fat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
