SCALLOPED POTATO AND HAM | |
8 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk Butter a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Peel and slice the potatoes to layer with the green pepper, chopped onion, diced ham, salt and pepper. Combine the soup and the milk; pour over the potatoes. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 1/2 hours. |
