SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH HAM | |
1 can cream of celery soup 1 tsp. salt 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions Paprika 1/2 c. milk Dash of pepper 1 1/2 c. diced ham 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Combine soup, milk, pepper and salt. Set aside. Place layer of sliced potatoes in casserole dish. Add layer of ham and onion slices. Repeat until used. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Then uncover and add cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
