HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-8 slices ham
8 to 10 thin sliced potatoes
2 onions, sliced thin
1 c. grated cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Paprika

Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in pot, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then half of grated cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook on low heat about 30 minutes. (I often mix soup with milk for a creamier dish.)
