SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. plain milk
Black pepper
3 c. sliced potatoes
2 c. cooked diced ham
1/2 c. thin sliced onion
1/2 c. shredded cheese (sharp)

Mix milk and soup. Place layer of potatoes, ham and onion; pour half of soup over this and make second layer and cover with other half of sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for an hour covered. Remove cover and put cheese and paprika on top and bake for about 15 minutes, uncovered.
