CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 chicken breasts
8 pieces Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dry white wine or water
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. butter, melted

Remove skin and bones from chicken. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken. Stir together the undiluted chicken soup and wine or water; spoon over chicken. Coarsely crust the stuffing mix and sprinkle over top. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
