SALMON PATTIES 
1 tbsp. dried onions
1 tsp. celery flakes
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. cooking oil (add more, if needed)

Combine first 5 items and set aside. Flake salmon into a bone, removing any skin and bones. Add milk mixture and rest of ingredients. Shape into patties. Heat oil in skillet and fry until brown and crispy on outside. Add more oil, if needed. Serve with zesty mustard sauce or lemon wedges. Serves 4-6.
