2 lbs. flank steak
Combine: 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy 1 tsp. honey 1/4 c. olive oil
Mix: 2 tbsp. chopped chives 2 tbsp. blue cheese (crumbled) Dash black pepper
Combine ingredients as noted. Marinate flank steak in the marinade for at least 3 hours (can stay in marinade for 24 hours). Place on grill and while cooking, brush with marinade. Grill 6-8 minutes on one side then turn and grill 4-6 minutes on the other side. Remove from grill and spread top of steak with blue cheese mixture. Slice thinly on the diagonal and serve!
