6 potatoes, scrub and slice about 1/2 inch thick
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients, except butter, together and dredge potato slices. Melt butter and stir in potatoes. bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
