1 lg. can sweet potatoes (mashed)
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 400 degrees until thick (about 30 minutes).

TOPPING:

1 c. Special K Cereal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and crumble on top. Bake another 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
