CRACKLING BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. corn oil
3 c. sweet milk
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can cream corn
1 c. cracklings

Mix all together until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
