1 yellow cake mix

Bake at box directions in 9 x 13 inch pan.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
Milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Toast pecans in oven for about 10 minutes. Stir once while toasting. Melt butter and mix with powdered sugar. Mix vanilla, toasted pecans and enough milk with sugar and butter to make icing spreadable.
