QUICK TATER TOT BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk or water
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In large skillet brown meat and onion. Drain any fat. Season with salt and pepper. Place in greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Top with tater tots. Combine soup and water or milk. Pour over taters. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
