TATER TOT SURPRISE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn, frozen and defrosted
1 c. green beans, frozen and defrosted
1 lb. tater tots

Brown beef and drain. Place in 8x8 casserole. In small bowl mix soup and milk. Pour mixture over meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Layer green beans and corn, mixed, on top. Top with tater tots. Cover and seal with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4-6.
