CORN PUDDING 
5 (10 oz.) pkgs. corn, frozen
14 lg. eggs
4 (1/2 pts.) table cream
4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 pinch salt

Grind cooked corn in food processor. Whip eggs and add salt, vanilla, and sugar. Mix cornstarch with cream and add to egg mixture. Add corn and mix well. Bake in a suitable baking dish to place in a water bath.
