ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 can English peas, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
3 sticks celery, approximately 3/4 cup
1 bell pepper
1 sm. can pimientos
1 med. red onion
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Boil sugar and vinegar until dissolved, add oil. Pour over salad let stand overnight. This will keep several days.
