ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen English peas, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
12 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Lettuce leaves & tomato "roses"

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring gently. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Stir in bacon; serve in lettuce-lined bowl and garnish salad with tomato roses.
