2 lb. sausage
2 tbsp. onion

Cook and drain. Add 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, cubed to warm sausage and melt. Add 1 teaspoon oregano.

Spread on party rye bread and freeze on a cookie sheet. When frozen, appetizers can be put in a plastic bag and kept until ready to use. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes.
