EASY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
8 oz. uncooked macaroni
8 slices American cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2-2 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Cook macaroni. Drain, 1/2 of the macaroni in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Layer 4 slices of cheese on the macaroni. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the remaining macaroni on the first layer. Place remaining cheese on macaroni. Sprinkle salt and pepper on macaroni and dot with butter. Pour milk over macaroni and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
