HOMEMADE MAC AND CHEESE 
12 oz. uncooked macaroni
Flour
1 stick butter
1 lb. sharp N.Y. cheddar cheese (white)
Milk

BREAD CRUMBS:

3-4 slices bread
Italian seasonings
Butter
Garlic salt

Cook macaroni as directed. Shred cheese, once macaroni is cooked, in large casserole dish, layer macaroni. Then sprinkle flour to lightly cover macaroni then dot with butter then cheese. Keep layering usually 2 layers, 3rd layer just flour and butter. Add milk until you can just see it. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

While baking, tear up bread. Melt 1/4 cup butter in pan. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings and garlic salt. After 45 minutes sprinkle top of macaroni and cheese with bread crumbs. Bake until crumbs are brown.

For something different steam broccoli. Slice 1 package kielbasi and brown. When layering, layer with each of the 2 ingredients. It's great.
