HOLIDAY FUDGE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla or peppermint extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 4 or 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, flavoring and nuts. Stir briskly for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt and blend. Pour into buttered 8 inch pan or drop by spoon onto waxed paper. Cool in refrigerator.
