HOLIDAY FUDGE 
3 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. candied red cherries, quartered

Line 8 x 8 inch pan with foil, butter foil. Combine sugar and milk in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; beat in chocolate chips and marshmallows with a wooden spoon. Stir until mixture thickens; stir in nuts and cherries. Pour into pan. Let stand until cool and firm. Turn out on cutting board; remove foil, cut into 1 inch squares. Store in tightly covered container.
