SWEDISH NUTS 
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
3 1/2 cups pecans, walnuts and almonds, mixed

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Beat egg whites, sugar and salt. Melt butter in baking pan. Stir in nuts; fold in meringue.

Bake at 325°F for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
