SWEDISH SUGARED NUTS 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tbsp. water
3 c. salted mixed nuts
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Beat egg whites and water together slightly. Add nuts and stir. Combine sugar and cinnamon and add to nut mixture. Spread out in heavy 9 x 13 inch baking pan in which you have melted the butter. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring and turning over with spatula so it doesn't burn. Cool. Separate nuts. Store in tightly covered container. Very nice at holidays.
