BREAD PUDDING 
4 c. milk
8 c. coarse bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins, optional
4-5 tsp. cinnamon

Heat milk to scalding. Pour over bread crumbs. Cool and add butter, sugar, eggs, salt, raisins and cinnamon. Pour into buttered 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in pudding comes out clean.
