BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lb. round steak 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2 can Golden mushroom soup 1/2 to 3/4 c. burgundy wine 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/4 c. water Cut steak into cubes. Brown in butter. Mix together remaining ingredients. Stir in steak. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours (or in crock pot on low for 6-7 hours). Serve over rice or noodles. |
