BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lb. top round steak 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp. flour 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. dry red wine 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cut steak into 1" cubes. 3. Brown meat slowly in skillet sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Transfer to 1 1/2 quart casserole with tight fitting lid. 4. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. 5. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. 6. Remove cover, bake 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 8 servings. |
