BEEF BOURGANOIGN 
Combine in kettle:

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. "Gallo" burgundy wine
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Add about 4 lb. bite-size pieces of roast
1 tsp. basil
Salt & garlic powder to taste

Mix. Cover and bake in oven at 250-300 degrees for about 6-7 hours.
