OVEN BURGUNDY BEEF | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak, cubed 1 can mushroom soup 1 can celery soup 1 env. onion soup mix 1/2 c. burgundy wine 1/2 c. water 1 - 2 c. fresh mushrooms Mix all of above in tightly covered casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. |
