OVEN BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. red wine
2 pkgs. onion soup mix
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 pt. sour cream
4 to 6 lbs. round steak, cut into strips

Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly and place in large casserole. Add round steak. Bake in 275 degree oven for 6 hours, covered. One hour before it's done remove cover. If it is too thin, thicken with cornstarch. Add mushrooms, sliced. Fifteen minutes before serving, add 1 pint sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 10 to 12.
