CHICKEN NOODLE SUPREME 
1 lb. medium wide noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 to 3 c. broth

Make like a white sauce the butter, flour and broth. Add the cheese to white sauce. (You may save some cheese to sprinkle on top.) Mix together all other ingredients and pour white sauce over it.

Bake at 350°F until heated through, approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Can be made a day or two ahead and kept in refrigerator. Freezes well!
