SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. Heinz chili sauce
1/3 c. apple juice
1 tbsp. Heinz distilled white vinegar
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. zucchini, halved lengthwise, sliced (about 1 c.)
1 med. red apple, cut into chunks
3/4 c. sliced celery
1 c. chow mein noodles
Lettuce or salad greens

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 1 quart saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat; stir constantly. Boil 1 minute or until thickened and clear. Cool slightly. Combine chicken, water chestnuts, zucchini, apple and celery in medium bowl. Pour warm dressing over chicken mixture; mix well. Add chow mein noodles; toss to coat. Serve on lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
