VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. cheese flavored crackers, unsalted
1/4 c. butter

Combine first 9 ingredients in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Mix crumbled crackers and butter and spread over casserole. Bake another 10 minutes. Makes about 10 servings.
