GLORIFIED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 to 6 chicken breasts, boned (salt & peppered)
Fat for frying
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
2 to 3 tbsp. sherry or Coke

Salt and pepper, dredge in flour and brown quickly in hot fat. Place in casserole, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered.
