HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

TOPPING:

1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except topping and place in 7 1/2 x 11 inch buttered pan. Top with almonds and corn flakes and bake 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
