HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 pt. half & half cream
1 stick butter
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Melt butter with cream in a saucepan. Arrange hash browns in a 9"x13" pan. Pour cream-butter mixture over the hash browns. Cover top with cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
