HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced onions
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (save 1/2)
2 c. shredded cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 c. corn flakes (crushed for top of casserole)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together saving 1/2 stick of butter and corn flakes for the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8-10.
