CORNBREAD DRESSING 
Broth from a hen or 2 frying chickens
2 parts cornbread to 1 part dry biscuit, crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. chopped onion & 1 c. chopped celery (saute in butter)
Salt & pepper
Sage & poultry seasoning to taste

Add broth to above mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (If you wish, take bone chicken and add to dressing, or serve separately.)
