LEMON - HONEY CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil. Arrange chicken in pan. To make sauce: Stir together oil, honey, egg yolk, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, paprika and nutmeg. Pour sauce over chicken, turning chicken pieces to coat. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Turn and baste chicken once during baking.
