FREEZER MEATBALLS 
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. snipped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 lbs. ground beef

Mix all together in large bowl. Bake on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Freeze up to 6 months. Makes about 60 (1 1/2 inch) meatballs. Thaw and serve with pasta and sauce or on long rolls with sauce and grated Mozzarella cheese.
