ALMOND CAKE 
6 eggs
1 c. oil
5 tsp. almond extract
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Put sugar and flour in a bowl and blend. Make a well in it. Put in eggs, oil and flavorings; mix at medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Do not peek. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan onto rack to finish cooling. If desired, ice with frosting while warm.

Icing: Beat sugar, oil and lemon juice together. Drizzle over warm cake. Yields 20 servings.
