HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up or chicken parts
1 can pineapple chunks
1 bell pepper, cut up

SAUCE:

Juice from pineapple
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar

FLOUR MIXTURE:

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture; brown in 1/2 stick butter in baking dish. Cover chicken with pineapple chunks and bell pepper. Cover with sauce and bake, uncovered for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
