HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 legs and 2 breasts, boneless, skinless

Combine:

1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Coat chicken in flour mixture, brown in oil.

SAUCE:

1 lb. 4 oz. sliced pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube

Combine pineapple juice (to equal 3/4 cup), sugar, cornstarch, the rest of sauce ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Then add pineapple slices and green pepper slices. Bake another 30 minutes.
